Returns
In accordance with consumer rights, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels.
Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging to the return address provided by us.
Returns are not accepted for:
- items made to the customer’s individual order
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Complaints
If a product is found to be faulty, the customer has the right to file a complaint. In such cases, we offer:
- repair of the product,
- replacement with a new item (if available),
- or a refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of submission.
